We are an Australian, family owned business with more than 20 years experience in the engine reconditioning industry, specialising in cylinder head repairs . We pride ourselves in providing the best quality products available (anything from basic repair to full rebuild). Highly skilled tradespeople, specialised machinery, and top quality components ensure a product which is second-to-none.
We are specialists in aluminium cylinder head welding and crack repairing. We can even build up the entire head gasket face of your head to its original thickness if a suitable replacement unit is not available. We reprofile the water jackets and oil galleries using CNC Machining Centres to ensure they are in the correct position and exactly the same shape and size as original.
Our services cover the full range from motor vehicles (cars, vans, trucks), and specialist vehicles such as BMW, Jaguar and vintage vehicles etc. (petrol, diesel and LPG).
We are MTAQ member, based in Brisbane, Queensland, but servicing all of Australia.

Because we are confident in our quality we offer you a 2 YEAR WARRANTY on fully reconditioned cylinder heads (Conditions may apply to some heads). Many cylinder heads (new and exchange), are in stock for immediate delivery, or we will repair and recondition your own head.
